JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, automate tests, and help maintain a smooth release cycle.

• Build, setup, and execute manual and automated test cases base on the feature/requirementlist (RFP, Technical Specification, FPL, Correction List…).
• Build related documents: test report, test procedure, technical guideline…
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements, finding solution and improve test coverage.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Maintain test plans, test scripts, and documentation.
• Continuously identify areas for test improvement and automation.
• Ensure product quality in a CI/CD environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 3-5 years working in network or telecommunication as technical/QA role
• Knowledge about networking protocols (as in common requirement)
• Understanding of software development and testing concepts
• Good knowledge about Wi-Fi technology, standards 802.11 series…
• Familiar with Wi-Fi testing
• Familiar Wi-Fi testing tools/system: Wireshark, Air-cap, TR-398…
• Experience in CPE device, fix broadband product software features
• Experience in bug tracking system: JIRA, IBIZA…
• Experience in test tools: Wireshark, iperf, N2X…
• Experience in OLT device from: Huawei, DASAN, Nokia, ZTE…
• Familiar with any programming or scripting language is a plus (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

Common requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge about networking protocols: Layer 2 (MAC, VLAN), ARP, Layer 3 (Routing)
• IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, PPPoE, CWMP… (preferred candidate who have certificate such as: CCNA, – CCNP…)
• English: communication, reading and writing skills
