JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 FnO functional specifications. 
• Configure and customize D365 Finance and Operations modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory, Project Accounting, etc.). 
• Lead or participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user training. 
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials. 
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support. 
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful integration and customizations. 
• Support data migration and master data setup. 
• Serve as the point of contact for finance-related ERP issues and improvements. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Operations. 
• Deep knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules. 
• Experience in full life-cycle D365 implementation projects. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-330). 
• Experience working with international teams or global implementations. 
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). 
• Understanding of localization features (e.g., tax compliance, e-invoicing) for Vietnam or SEA region.
