JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, especially international commercial agreements. 
• Provide legal advice to departments, divisions, and the company’s leadership. 
• Collaborate with the Sales team and other relevant departments to conduct training and provide guidance on international contracts (APEC, Singapore, South Korea, the Americas, Europe, etc.). 
• Conduct legal research and provide legal consultation related to international markets (APEC, Singapore, South Korea, the Americas, Europe, etc.). 
• Experience in legal compliance and/or working with government authorities is an advantage. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT industry and international transactions (APEC, Singapore, South Korea, the Americas, Europe, etc.). 
• Proficient in reviewing, drafting international commercial contracts, and providing legal consultation. 
• Strong command of English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 
• Ability to work independently with strong contract negotiation skills. 
• Strong teamwork, analytical, synthesis, and problem-structuring skills. 
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and open to learning.
