JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking an Account Manager Assistant (AMA) to support client management and project execution in the Japanese market. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between clients and our delivery team, contributing to smooth project operations and enhanced customer satisfaction. This position is also an excellent opportunity for those who aspire to advance their career as an Account Manager in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Account Manager
- Attend client meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Monitor project progress and coordinate internally with relevant teams
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contract-related documents
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-ups
- Prepare periodic reports
REQUIREMENTS
Required
- Practical experience in the IT industry
- Business-level communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude toward client engagement
Preferred
- Experience in IT sales or account management
- Understanding of software development processes (Agile / Waterfall)
- Experience negotiating with Japanese companies
