Hanoi, Vietnam – October 13, 2026 – CMC and Lotte Innovate have officially entered into a strategic partnership, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) centered on the provision of resources and services in green infrastructure, software development, and other areas of mutual interest. The ceremony, held in Hanoi, signals the beginning of a collaborative journey built on shared capability, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.
CMC was represented by Mr. Tung Ho Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Board/Executive Vice President of CMC Corporation; Mr. Son Dang Tung, CEO of CMC Corporation; Mr. Tu Dang Van, CTO of CMC Corporation; Mr. Bao Dang Ngoc, CEO of CMC Global; Mr. Minh Tran Van, CEO of CMC Korea; and other delegates from CMC.
Lotte Innovate was represented by Mr. Park Jong Pyo, VP and Head of BX Business Division; Mr. Cho Chung Hwan, Team Lead; Mr. Choi Jong Pil, General Director; Mr. Jeong Ju Yong, Hanoi Branch Director; Ms. Cao Thi Hong Van, Head of Business Partnership Center; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhiem, New Business Planning SO.
The agreement identifies five priority areas of cooperation: Data Center, EV Charging, Security, Offshoring, and Cloud. In the Data Center segment, the two sides aim to develop data center projects, combining CMC’s infrastructure and operations strengths in Vietnam with LOTTE Innovate’s experience and customer ecosystem.
On EV Charging, the two companies plan to collaborate on developing a network of electric vehicle charging stations, from equipment and technology platforms to infrastructure and operations , contributing to the advancement of green transportation. In Security, both sides are exploring opportunities to address the growing need to protect systems and data and to mitigate information security risks.
On Offshoring, CMC and LOTTE Innovate can connect CMC’s technology workforce and global service delivery capabilities with LOTTE Innovate’s customer network and deep understanding of the Korean market, aiming to deliver technology services to clients in Korea and international markets.
Meanwhile, Cloud cooperation is geared toward developing Vietnam’s cloud computing market, helping enterprises modernize their infrastructure and accelerate digital transformation.
