As the Managing Partner of Octant Ventures, Mr. Pham has established a distinguished track record of identifying disruptive opportunities in artificial intelligence and emerging digital assets. His career is defined by transformative leadership in the global investment landscape, including nearly a decade at 500 Global where he mentored founders across fintech and enterprise software. His early-stage investment acumen is highlighted by the success of Twilio, which achieved a landmark IPO in 2016. 

Further demonstrating his ability to identify high-growth platforms, Mr. Pham was an early investor in QVentures, now a leading venture capital firm in the United Kingdom. During his tenure, he played a critical role in backing companies such as Congenica, which was subsequently acquired by SeqOne Genomics. 

At CMC Global, Mr. Pham will spearhead the organization’s transformation into a globally recognized innovation partner. His strategic focus centers on bridging Southeast Asia’s engineering talent with high-growth companies in the United States and other major markets.
