JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research, develop, and implement HR policies in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations (Labor Code, Social Insurance, Taxation, etc.).
- Define objectives and design HR policies aligned with organizational strategy.
- Propose roadmaps, approaches, and implementation plans for HR policies (e.g. performance evaluation processes, compensation and reward frameworks).
- Participate in training and internal communication to ensure relevant employees understand and correctly apply HR policies.
- Monitor policy implementation and continuously propose improvements based on actual performance and organizational needs.
- Participate in building and developing organizational structures, job functions, job descriptions (JD), competency models, and HR tools.
- Contribute to the development and management of performance management systems, including KPIs, performance evaluation, and reward & recognition programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1.5 years directly involved in analyzing, designing, implementing, measuring, and improving HR policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in teams, and coordinate with multiple departments across the organization
