JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Target Developer to join our global team. You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining personalization and A/B testing solutions using Adobe Target. This role requires close collaboration with digital marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver tailored experiences that enhance user engagement and business performance.

• Design, develop, and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Audience Manager, Launch) and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to deliver personalized experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate test execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketers, and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide best practices and technical expertise to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Document technical implementation, processes, and test results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Target in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Launch).
• Understanding of personalization strategies, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and tag management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
• English proficiency (reading and communication with international clients).
