The Challenge
The client is focused on delivering Salesforce services and aims to broaden their market presence. However, the availability of Salesforce professionals in Korea is restricted, leading to high costs, with senior staff earning salaries ranging from $6,000 to $7,000 USD.
Therefore, they expect that CMC Global will offer plenty of Salesforce experts to fulfill requests for Salesforce, CRM, and Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality output aligned with the demands of end clients.
The Solution
The client was using the Professional edition of Salesforce Sales Cloud, where the Eats Ads module presented challenges in data handling. This transition enabled a more efficient and stable process, with the Account module providing a simpler and more effective foundation for ongoing operations.
Key highlights included

- Improved stability: Enabled smooth and reliable data flow within the Account module.
- Ticket management: Categorized project tickets into “clear” and “unclear” requirements, ensuring proper clarification before implementation.
- Enhanced deliverables: Accommodated additional client requests for Release documentation and Test Scenarios, despite being outside the original scope.

- 20% Reduce in Operational Cost
- 25% Increase in Business Results
- Customers have made additional requests to enlarge the team size to 10 members initially
