Seoul, September 16th, 2025 – CMC Korea marked a significant presence at the Vietnam-Korea Digital Cooperation Forum 2025, an annual event designed to strengthen IT collaboration between Vietnam and South Korea. The forum, co-organized by VINASA and various organizations from both nations, drew over 100 delegates and 70 leading companies, highlighting its importance in the region. 

The event showcased cutting-edge technologies, including Legacy Modernization, AI & Digital Transformation, Smart Manufacturing, and Semiconductors, setting the stage for enhanced bilateral cooperation and innovation. Participants explored opportunities for collaboration and shared insights on leveraging these technologies to drive economic growth and sustainability. 

Following presentations from enterprises, Mr. Lich Nguyen Khac, Director General of the Department of Digital Technology Industry under the Ministry of Science and Technology, conveyed his optimism following discussions with participating companies. He emphasized strategic initiatives to bolster the digital partnership, such as: 

  • Encouraging mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to broaden market presence. 
  • Promoting the “Go Global” strategy, with a program planned to support Vietnamese digital enterprises in their international expansion efforts by the end of 2025. 
  • Introducing supportive policies to attract international investment into Vietnam and assist Vietnamese firms in expanding overseas, including potential tax incentives. 

The Vietnam-Korea Digital Cooperation Forum 2025 signifies a new era of digital partnership between Vietnam and South Korea. It acts as a dynamic environment for exchanging knowledge, jointly developing innovative solutions, and committing to a sustainable digital economy.
