JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Conduct internal audits of departments or thematic audits:
- Interview and conduct on-site surveys to understand departmental operations; analyze the efficiency, control, and robustness of current processes; then propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
- Perform detailed audit procedures within assigned scope to assess compliance with internal regulations and processes.
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential risks and incidents during the audit process.
- Assist in developing and finalizing audit reports under the guidance of the team leader.
- Monitor and supervise the implementation of post-audit corrective actions.
2. Support risk management:
- Assist in implementing risk management (RM) activities and provide consultation on RM-related matters to other departments. Cooperate with functional departments to carry out RM tasks as directed by the team leader.
- Proactively identify and raise risk alerts; coordinate, support, and supervise relevant departments in identifying, evaluating, tracking, and handling risks under their ownership. Share common risks and preventive measures to help departments avoid similar issues.
- Monitor the resolution of risks identified through audits or other sources as assigned by the team leader.
3. Support general department tasks:
- Review assigned documents before submission for leadership approval.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports to be submitted to headquarters.
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the team leader.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Auditing (Audit major preferred).
- Prefer candidates with experience in internal control or risk management within technology companies.
- English: Able to read and understand English-language documents, processes, and policies.
- Strong skills in information collection, analysis, evaluation, and synthesis.
- Basic understanding of enterprise structure and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: especially Excel and Word.
