As a seasoned strategist, Andrew has served as Australia’s Ambassador to Vietnam, advised governments as a Ministerial Adviser, and held key roles at the United Nations and World Bank.  

His deep ties to Vietnam—including advisory positions with the Australia Vietnam Policy Institute and Global Viet Women—highlight his commitment to strengthening regional partnerships.   

As Australia’s Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Andrew was among the most effective and high-profile diplomats in Hanoi. He managed an annual development program worth A$100 million, driving initiatives in economic growth, energy transition, digital transformation, and human resource development.  

His leadership strengthened political trust and strategic cooperation, leading to elevation of Australia into the top tier of Vietnam’s international relationships. Under his tenure, bilateral trade and investment reached record heights, while his advocacy for Vietnam’s reform policies earned widespread recognition. 

Now, he turns his focus to empowering Vietnamese enterprises—with CMC Global at the forefront—to expand into Australia and the APAC market. He sees CMC Global as a perfect fit for Australian businesses seeking cutting-edge IT solutions, exceptional service, and cost efficiency.
