JOB DESCRIPTION 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer to create visually engaging, on-brand digital assets that drive user engagement and support our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and brand teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple digital touchpoints.

Primary responsibilities: 

• Design high-quality digital assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, including homepage banners, social media advertisements, EDMs, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all creative outputs strictly follow brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design briefs from concept through final delivery, often under tight deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance campaigns and overall brand presence.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Comfortable writing and refining copy within your designs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and fast-paced workflows.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Animation or motion design experience.
• 3D design skills (e.g., Blender or similar tools).
