JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Review requirements and design documents in order to create test plans and cases
• Perform manual test case execution as required
• Create automated tests, execute, and monitor as required
• Work with local and remote team members to gain information required to improve the testing effort
• Work with customer representatives to gather information to improve test coverage.
• Document all issues in sufficient detail and produce test reports as required.
• Create and run functional and non-functional tests as requested
• Prepare representative test data and configure environments as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Có kinh nghiệm về bảo hiểm
• Chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc tương đương. 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm về các công cụ kiểm thử tự động, có khả năng build các automation framework cho API, UI,
• Có kinh nghiệm performance testing, có khả năng đưa ra chiến lược test hiệu năng .
• Nắm rõ quy trình kiểm thử, kĩ thuật kiểm thử và các loại kiểm thử , quản lý bug.
• Đã tiếp xúc với nhiều automation framework. Có kinh nghiệm về Selenium, Appium, Flutter,  Cypress, Java, Jmeter.
• Biết sử dụng Jira, Confluence/Wiki, SVN/GitHub, SpiraTeam, TestLink hoặc tương đương
• Có tư duy logic tốt, có khả năng xử lý các thuật toán phức tạp. Biết viết script để tạo data.
• Cầu tiến, chủ động tìm cơ hội phát triển
• Có kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề nhanh nhạy, hợp tác và giao tiếp tốt
• Chủ động, cởi mở, học hỏi nhanh, và có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm
• Xử lý vấn đề nhanh nhạy
• Có kinh nghiệm build framework automation cho API, UI.
• Có kinh nghiệm performance test, có thể đưa ra chiến lược test hiệu năng.
