JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a BrSE/ SE Node.JS to work in Tokyo, Japan 

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions (databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
• Communicate directly with Japanese clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Prepare Basic Design and Detail Design documents in Japanese
• Convey requirements and design specifications to the offshore development team

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in software development using Node.js (NestJS) or related frameworks / systems. 3+ years in project development.
• Have good grip on Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming.
• Expertise in most of the following: Node.js, NestJS, CQRS Pattern, React JS, React Native, Flutter, MongoDB, MongoDB Charts.
• Good understanding of RESTful web services, experience in building Rest API.
• Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills
• Self-Starter – willing to contribute wherever needed
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Good understanding of SOA, Microservices
• Experience working with Scrum frameworks
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services is an advantage
• Experience working with docker/container and container orchestration is an advantage
• Experience with CI/CD is an advantage
• Japanese (Mandatory): Fluent communication skills (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) and ability to write technical documentation
• English: Ability to read and understand technical documentation is a plus
• Candidates currently residing in Vietnam are also welcome to apply. Relocation to Japan is required.
