Job Description

  • Conduct research to define market penetration strategies; actively seek new sales leads/ opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure reaching the revenue target and maximize profit;
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services; develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborating with various internal departments (Marketing/ Delivery…) to ensure satisfying the client’s requests;
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires



  • Permanent Residence or Singaporean;
  • 3++ years of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Account Manager for the Singapore market. 
  • Solid knowledge of IT Outsourcing; experience in IT field sales. 
  • Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0++);
  • Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent proposal writing, project management, and analytical skills;
  • Able to analyze results and identify and explain any variances from targets.
