- Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, advise and update job descriptions
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job sites, personal networks, etc.
- Screen candidates’ resumes, overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
- Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
- Reference check if required
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3++ years working in the recruitment sector, prefer candidates with IT background or headhunting experience
- A good relationship with the IT community is an advantage
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
