As a Sales Executive, your main tasks will be finding potential leads by different sales prospecting tools (Linkedin, Email, Directory sites…), but also includes:

  • Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies.
  • Generate and manage the sales pipeline
  • Manage and Review internal sales process compliance
  • Manage cash flow

Working Location: Osaka/Tokyo/Yokohama, Japan


  • Independent and logical thinking is mandatory
  • Excellent in Japanese
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong listening and questioning skills – outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills
  • Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent proposal writing, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Able to analyze results and identify and explain any variances from targets
  • Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes
  • Highly developed social, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent team working and team developing ability.
