JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a Salesforce Technical Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the analysis and evaluation of high-level requirements and providing solutions for the team
• Joining the team’s estimate + review estimate
• Participating in creating BD, DD, review source
• Participating in the research release notes, impact assessments, and suggesting solution
• Participating in reciprocal shougai if available
• Taking the position of Salesforce Technical Lead team 7 onsite + 40 offshore
• The project’s delivery source
• Daily team meetings
• Training, and coaching new Salesforce knowledge for the team

REQUIREMENTS

*Experienced:

• At least 3 years of working experience in Salesforce; advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Have experience with Apex, VF Page, LWC, Community Site, Flow Builder
• Understand the nature of Salesforce as well as Salesforce Governor limit
• Salesforce Developer Certifications, App Builder, Administrator, Dev I, Dev II, Architect is a plus
• Having experience working with Heroku is a plus
• Having the ability to create BD, DD, estimate, review source
• Having experience working with Agile, Scrum
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
