JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can help clients utilize Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) software to improve their business processes. Your job will involve analyzing data and developing cloud computing services for our customers. Our ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in computer science or a similar field, several years of consulting experience, and experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM software. You also need strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
- Discuss what CRM issues the client wants to resolve
- Gather data about the client’s company
- Develop a cloud computing solution
- Deliver reports to clients about development progress
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Several years of Salesforce experience
- Strong communication abilities
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- SQL and database management skills
