JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop a deep understanding of your customer and the product
- Diagnose and reproduce customer bugs or requests working with Customer Support
- Write User Stories and acceptance criteria for new features
- Prioritise and maintain the product backlog
- Assist with testing and documenting releases
- 2nd Level technical support
- Collaborate with a cross-functional software development team consisting of engineering, product, design on: product ideation and discovery, defining requirements and delivery to bring to life exceptional customer experiences
- Communicate confidently and frequently with the other product managers
- Create Knowledge base articles and videos
REQUIREMENTS
