  • Develop a deep understanding of your customer and the product
  • Diagnose and reproduce customer bugs or requests working with Customer Support
  • Write User Stories and acceptance criteria for new features
  • Prioritise and maintain the product backlog
  • Assist with testing and documenting releases
  • 2nd Level technical support
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional software development team consisting of engineering, product, design on: product ideation and discovery, defining requirements and delivery to bring to life exceptional customer experiences
  • Communicate confidently and frequently with the other product managers
  • Create Knowledge base articles and videos
