JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develops, tests, documents, and implements high-quality websites and applications on time that performs according to specifications and requirements documents
- Design and develop content-related web pages for lead generation
- Continuously evaluate the design and functionality of supported websites and applications, and makes thoughtful and significant recommendations for improvements
- Analyzes performance of websites and takes action to correct deficiencies
- Develops and adheres to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development
- Provides a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, or similar field required
- 2-4 years of related experience required, preferably developing B2B websites and digital marketing tools
- Visually creative with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- WordPress, HTML5, CSS3 required
- Object-oriented programming skills with C+, JavaScript, jquery, and PHP, knowledge of bootstrap 4/5 a plus
- Understanding of development within common Martech software – like HubSpot, SFDC, Unbounce, and Outreach a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues (Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, PC, Mac, tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for staying current with new technology
