Job Description

  • Desktop/Laptop Installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
  • VPN Issues.
  • Install and support applications (MS office, Zoom, OneDrive, VPN and other basic software Issues)
  • Print Server configuration/Troubleshooting
  • Manage INC and REQ in ServiceNow for respective locations.
  • Smart hand support for server and networking devices installed in respective location (monitoring and reporting issues to backend teams)
  • Co-ordinating with vendors for any local infra setup/changes that come up.
  • Syspro Access/Issues, Syspro printer issue
  • Share drive access and related issues. Share drive quota addition

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
  • At least 4 years of experience
