Job Description
- Build, train and manage a team of 4 to 5 members;
- Plan and implement annual/quarterly business activities to achieve assigned targets (leads/ meeting/ proposal…);
- Market research, identify and explore potential customer markets;
- Find new customers, set up appointments, and maintain relationships with clients;
- Coordinate with customers and the Sales department in Japan to close transactions and implement projects;
- Report on the team’s business performance.
- Working place: Hanoi. Business trips to Japan if necessary.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese (N1 or equivalent);
- 3++ years of experience in Business Development/ Sales (B2B); 1 year working in a management position;
- Having IT knowledge/experience/ background is an advantage;
- Communication skills, presentation, logical thinking, problem-solving, ability to work effectively under high pressure;
