As a Business Development Executive, your main tasks will be finding potential leads by different sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Email, Directory sites…) but also includes:  

  • Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies.  
  • Generate and manage a sales pipeline  
  • Manage and Review internal sales process compliance  
  • Manage cash flow  

Grow as fast as possible to become a more Senior Sales 



  • Independent and logical thinking is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role. Having experience in sales/customer service experience or Sales B2B for IT industry is a plus
  • Excellent in English  
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • Strong listening and questioning skills – outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills  
  • Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure  
  • Excellent proposal writing, project management, and analytical skills.  
  • Able to analyze results and identify and explain any variances from targets
  • Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes  
  • Highly developed social, interpersonal, and communication skills.  
  • Excellent team working and team development ability.
